This return policy applies to physical products (books) sold on this website (“Start from Within”). Your books are shipped via Australia Post from New South Wales, within 7-14 days of purchase.
At Start from Within, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your book is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- No change of mind returns – we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong item.
- Damaged or faulty books – please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we confirm your claim.
